How much muscle weight have you put on in a year, with or without supplements/ juice?


Answer:
8kg and i have very low body fat and i train a lot for athletics
Well it is really hard to gain muscle weight because muscles grow fairly slow. I'd say a reasonable number would be between 7-10 lb's in a year of muscle weight.

But keep in mind it may not ALL be muscle weight, there is fat and water weight mixed in as well.
