How long does it take to get six pack abs?

I am 5"7, 120, BMI is 16. I run in the morning for 40 minutes, lift weights in the evening for 40-60 minutes. I don't have a six pack yet, how many weeks will it take me?

Hi, it takes a lot of hard work and time, do sit ups a couple of times a day, do as many as you can, you will know when you have had enough as it will start to feel slightly uncomfortable.

This is what i do, the ladies love my pack. they be feelin all over it like whoa. Face it, women love fit men, either buff or defined.
. what u do is, play basketball or a exercise that requires alot of abdominal movement. take a weight or big dumbell, sit it on your chest and do as many sit-ups as you can until failure, for THREE times. After that run around and dont get to tired. Then when the stiffness settles, go back and do bicycle crunches for 25 times for 3 reps. usually do this workout on off days from your weight lifting days. You can train your abs any time of the day every day if you want. To make your abs have definition, SWEAT. Put a trash bag over your abs and make sure it stays. Run for 40 minutes or liftweights and when you take it off after that time. you will be soaked.

Take protien and creatine shakes everyday and eat lean protein, eat veggies, and light carbs and drink water and gatorade-good luck. It will take about 3 weeks to a month by the way. keep it up.
you have 5 more years to get a six pack.
