Uh.I'm guessing as fast a urine comes out of a Females Vagina. I mean, force inside a human's body is as equal in any gender, so just because a man has a penis doesn't mean urine should come out any faster or slower. The speed of urine coming out of a human is only determined by the amount of force one uses to eliminate the waste.
