How I can loss my account of cholesterol and triglecirides fats??

I have overweight and my accout cholesterol and triglicerides is high .
Answer:
Definitely get exercise and stay away from fried foods.

But also, take garlic or fish supplement pills. Garlic has been known to help reduce cholesterol as well as fish pills, which also have Omega 3 fats (which are healthy fats). That should lower your cholesterol a bit on your next physical.

If you don't and you follow this and other helpful advice below, then there may be something genetic going on (if your father has high cholesterol or heart conditions.)
lose weight, increase your cardiac activity (exercise more), eat less animal products. if this doesn't work, talk to your doctor about other options.
