How hard is it to give your self an anal shot?

i need to have these steroid shots every 2 weeks but i have a bad habit of forgetting to go to the doc to get the shot. so i have been thinking of doing the shots my self. there are other ways for me to get the steroids in my body buy i refuse to use the patches and creams, i rather have a needle in my butt cheek than have to wear a patch all the time.

it has been 4 week siense i ha my last shot.
